By using Websums you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Websums is operated by EllaByte ("we", "our").
Use of the site
Websums provides free online calculators for general informational purposes. You may use the site for personal or commercial reference, but you must not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or misuse the service.
Intellectual property
The Websums name, logo, design, written content, and the calculators themselves are owned by EllaByte and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the tools and link to our pages, but you may not copy, rebrand, or republish the site's content or code as your own without our permission.
Embedding our calculators
Where we offer an embed option, you may place a Websums calculator on your own website using the code we provide, free of charge, provided you do not alter or remove any Websums branding or attribution within it. We may change, update, or withdraw an embeddable calculator at any time, and we give no warranty that an embedded tool will remain available or unchanged.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites and shows advertising served by Google. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external sites or advertisers.
No financial or professional advice
Our calculators provide estimates only. Results are not financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. Always verify figures with a qualified professional before making decisions.
Accuracy
We work to keep tax bands, rates, and formulas up to date but cannot guarantee accuracy. Tax rules and rates change, and individual circumstances vary.
Spotted an error or an out-of-date figure? Please let us know at hello@websums.com and we'll fix it.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Websums is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or its tools.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
